Application and fees must be received by September 15, 2008. Upon acceptance of this application an information packet will be mailed about our event, arrival times, directions to the event (Riverview RV Park), Memphis Barbeque Network contest rules, hotel information and local tourist attractions. Your BBQ site will include the following free of charge: 1 concrete pad, water, electricity, sewage, and ash removal container. An additional concrete pad and/or a porta-john may be purchased for $75 each per day.
In consideration of accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive any and all leal right and claims for damages I may have against the Louisiana State Championship Bowie BBQ Duel & Festival, the host sponsor, the City of Vidalia, RiverView RV Park, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries by myself or my team in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Jim Bowie Festival.
