Waiver of Liability
In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive any and all legal rights and claims for damages I may have against the Jim Bowie Festival, the host sponsor, the City of Vidalia, RiverView RV Park, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries by myself or my team in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and /or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of the event for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Jim Bowie Festival. No refunds given after August 26, 2011.
